How To Make Crab & Chive Filo Parcels

Ingredients
- 200g crab meat
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 6 sheets of filo pastry
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the crab meat and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay out one sheet of filo pastry and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter again. Repeat with the remaining filo sheets.

Cut the stacked filo sheets into 4 equal squares.

Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each filo square. Fold the corners of the filo up to form a parcel, making sure to seal the edges.

Place the filo parcels on the lined baking tray and brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the filo is crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
