Ingredients
- 1 lb cod fillets, cooked and flaked
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cod, peas, flour, eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the cod and pea mixture into the hot oil and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fritters from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the cod and pea fritters hot with tartar sauce or a side salad.
