How To Make Classic Prawn Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) cooked and peeled prawns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp horseradish sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups lettuce leaves, for serving
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked prawns to the sauce and toss well to coat.

Place a handful of lettuce leaves in each serving dish.

Spoon the prawns and sauce over the lettuce leaves.

Garnish with lemon wedges.
