How To Make Chilli Prawn Linguine

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.

Add prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up any browned bits. Cook for 2 minutes to reduce the wine.

Add chicken or vegetable broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer.

Stir in cooked linguine and prawns. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
