Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the broiler in the oven.

In a small bowl, combine the chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Spoon a generous amount of the chili sauce mixture over each oyster.

Broil the oysters for about 5 minutes or until the edges start to curl and the sauce is bubbling.

Remove from the oven and serve hot with lime wedges.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
