How To Make Chilled Cucumber & Prawn Skewers

Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 16 prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Slice the cucumbers into thick rounds.

Skewer a prawn onto each cucumber round.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the skewers and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
