- 8 chicory leaves
- 200g prawns, cooked and chopped
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the prawns, mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Arrange the chicory leaves on a serving plate.
