  • 4 perch fillets
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Cook until the butter turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma.

  2. Season the perch fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.

  4. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Add the lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine with the brown butter.

  6. Pour the brown butter sauce over the perch fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  7. Serve immediately.
