- 4 perch fillets
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Cook until the butter turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma.

Season the perch fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.

Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.
