- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp blackened seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 8 flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: guacamole, sour cream, salsa
Instructions

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Rub the salmon fillets with blackened seasoning on both sides.

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and place them on the grill or skillet.

Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

While the salmon is cooking, heat a separate pan over medium heat and add the sliced bell peppers and onion.
