Ingredients
- 4 squid, cleaned and scored
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Brush the squid with the mixture.

Grill the squid for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

In a large serving bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and mint leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Slice the grilled squid into rings and add it to the salad bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added crunch.
