- 4 sea bream fillets
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a baking dish, place the sea bream fillets and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

Arrange the cherry tomatoes and lemon slices around the fish.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped coriander.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
