How To Make Baked Salmon Fillets
Serve up a sophisticated meal for dinner tonight with this mouthwatering baked salmon! Whip this up in less than hour for a quick, but flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- 24ozsalmon fillets,or 4 fillets
- salt & pepper,to taste
- green onions,for garnish, optional
For Orange Marinade:
- 1cuporange juice,or pineapple juice
- 1tbsphoney
- 2tbspdark brown sugar
- 1½tbspsoy sauce,low sodium
- 1tbspfresh ginger,grated
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- ½tspsesame oil
Instructions

Combine the orange juice, honey, dark brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Set aside two tablespoons of the marinade for brushing the salmon.

Pour the remaining marinade over the salmon.

Marinate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place the salmon, skin side down, in a baking dish, then discard the marinade.

Season the salmont with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Brush the salmon with the reserved marinade.

Move the salmon dish to the top rack of the oven, then broil for 1 to 2 minutes or just until cooked through.

Garnish with green onions, serve, and enjoy!
