- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the Dijon mustard mixture onto the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
