- 4 perch fillets
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Place the perch fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
