Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- Lettuce and tomato slices for serving, optional
Instructions

In a bowl, combine tuna, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, onion, and celery. Mix until well combined.

Spread the tuna and egg mixture onto 4 slices of bread.
