Ingredients
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
Instructions

Preheat the grill or a grill pan.

Brush the salmon fillets with the sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the salmon for about 4 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

While the salmon is grilling, toss the asparagus in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the asparagus for about 2-3 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
