- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened.

Add the chicken breasts to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pot.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and stir it into the sauce.
