Ingredients
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 2 mackerel fillets, deboned
- 1 cup of shredded fennel
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
