Ingredients
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Toast bread in the oven or on a grill pan.

Layer mozzarella on top of the bread, followed by sliced tomatoes.

Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and season with salt and black pepper.
