A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad, this sandwich features juicy chicken, crisp lettuce, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup of shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Brush the bread slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.

In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
