- 1 pound flank steak
- 4 bolillo rolls or French bread rolls
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
- 4 slices of cheese (such as Monterey Jack or queso blanco)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
