- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 200g hot-smoked salmon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
