A classic sandwich filled with savory ham and fresh basil, pressed and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 8 slices of ham
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat a panini or grill press.

Spread mayonnaise on all the slices of bread.

On one half of the bread, layer one slice of ham, 2-3 basil leaves, and one slice of cheese.

Close the sandwich with the other half of bread and brush the top with olive oil.

Grill the sandwiches for 3-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
