- 8 slices of halloumi cheese
- 2 medium-sized beetroots, roasted and sliced
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
