Ingredients
- 4 steak fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 1/4 cup olive & caper butter
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions

Season the steak fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a griddle pan over high heat.

Cook the steak fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.

Remove the steak from the pan and allow it to rest for a few minutes.

Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and toast them on the griddle pan.

Spread the olive & caper butter on one side of each roll.

Place a leaf of lettuce on each bottom half of the rolls.

Top with a steak fillet and tomato slices.

Cover with the other half of the roll.
