How To Make Beef Stroganoff Sloppy Joes
The all-time favorite classic beef stroganoff is served in a bun with this sloppy joe recipe made with sour cream, and mushrooms with mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 1½lbsground beef
- 3tbspbutter,divided
- 1cupmushroom,sliced
- 1cupmushrooms,diced
- 1cupyellow onions,diced
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 1tbspworcestershire sauce
- ¼cupsour cream,plus more for topping
- 1cupbeef broth
- 1tbspcornstarch
- 6brioche buns,toasted
- ½cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
Instructions

In a large skillet, add the beef on medium-high heat and cook well, breaking it apart but leaving some chunks about the size of raspberry or small grape.

Cook until well browned for 5 to 6 minutes then remove from the pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter along with the sliced mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high heat until they are browned then remove them from the pan.

Add in the remaining butter, diced mushrooms, onions, and garlic to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high heat until they are browned.

In a large measuring cup, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, beef broth, and cornstarch before adding it to the pan along with the cooked beef and stirring well.

Continue cooking until the sauce starts to evaporate and the mixture becomes sloppy for about 5 to 6 minutes.

Toast the buns then spoon over the mixture and top with sour cream, sliced cooked mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
