Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn in pieces and chilled
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 cup walnuts
Dressing
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. anchovy paste, optional
- 1 clove garlic , minced
Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in separate bowl; blend well.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss well.
- Serve immediately.
