Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn in pieces and chilled
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup walnuts

Dressing

  • cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. anchovy paste, optional
  • 1 clove garlic , minced

Instructions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients.
  2. Combine all dressing ingredients in separate bowl; blend well.
  3. Pour dressing over salad; toss well.
  4. Serve immediately.
