Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast, cooked and sliced
- 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- for the dressing:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh clementine juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, clementine juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cilantro. Toss with half of the dressing.

Divide the salad mixture among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with sliced turkey breast and clementine segments.

Drizzle the remaining dressing over the bowls and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
