- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mango, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
