- 8 oz smoked salmon, flaked
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cooked rice, cucumber, red onion, and fresh dill.
