  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded smoked chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, celery, red onion, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. Mix well to combine.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve the smoked chicken salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
