- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, raisins, and chopped walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the honey mixture over the carrot mixture and toss until well combined.
