How To Make Peppered Mackerel, New Potato & Watercress Salad

Ingredients
- 4 fresh mackerel fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
- 500g new potatoes, boiled and halved
- 2 cups fresh watercress
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.

Season the mackerel fillets with olive oil, crushed peppercorns, and salt.

Grill the mackerel fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

In a large bowl, combine the boiled new potatoes, watercress, and lemon juice. Toss well.

Place the grilled mackerel fillets on top of the potato and watercress mixture.

Serve the salad immediately and enjoy.
