How To Make Next Level Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions

Boil the potato cubes in salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and let cool.

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, red onion, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooled potato cubes and crumbled bacon to the bowl. Mix well until the potatoes are coated with the dressing.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
