Ingredients
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 4 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons of miso paste
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Instructions

Steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp, then rinse with cold water and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the dressing.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, sliced boiled eggs, steamed broccoli, and sliced green onions.

Pour the miso dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
