Ingredients
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat a griddle pan or outdoor grill.

In a bowl, toss the peach halves with olive oil and honey.

Place the peaches on the griddle pan or grill, cut side down, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.

Flip the peaches and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.

In a large serving bowl, combine the basil and mint leaves.

Slice the grilled peaches and add them to the bowl.

Sprinkle the feta cheese and chopped walnuts over the salad.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Toss everything together gently to combine.
