- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
