Ingredients
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh chives
- For Roquefort Dressing:
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chopped chives.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Roquefort cheese, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the Roquefort dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

Divide the salad among 4 plates and top with crumbled bacon and additional Roquefort cheese, if desired.
