- 1 cup manchego cheese, shaved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, honeyed chorizo, and manchego cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
