Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
