Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the chicken breasts with the mixture.

Grill the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, and feta cheese.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard to make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

Divide the salad into serving plates and top with the grilled chicken strips.
