- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
