How To Make Glazed Salmon with Green Bean & Bulgur Salad

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the glaze over each fillet. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and glazed.

In the meantime, cook the bulgur according to package instructions and let it cool.

In a large skillet, sauté the green beans until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked bulgur, green beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and lemon juice. Toss well to combine.

Serve the glazed salmon over the green bean and bulgur salad. Enjoy!
