- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and fresh basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
