Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups crushed Doritos® chips
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, red onion, black olives, and cilantro.

Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and toss everything together.

Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and mix well.

Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed Doritos® chips on top.
