Ingredients
- 12 oz salmon fillet, skin removed
- 12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup pickled cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the lime zest, lime juice, and chopped dill with the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Slice the salmon fillet into thin slices. Arrange the slices on a serving dish.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed salad greens and pickled cucumbers. Toss with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the cooked prawns and pickled salad on the serving dish with the cured salmon.

Drizzle the dill lime crème fraîche over the dish.
