Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with cumin, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, sliced avocados, red onion, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Divide the salad onto plates and top with sliced chicken.
