- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine kale, spinach, cherry tomatoes, carrots, red onion, almonds, and feta cheese.
