- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, grilled chicken, diced avocado, and blueberries.
