Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
