  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and red onion.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
